Sahan Market allows users to request deletion of their account and associated app data.
1. Open the Sahan Market app
2. Go to Profile
3. Open Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm your request
- Your deletion request is submitted to our support system
- You may be signed out of the app on your device
- Our team reviews the request and processes account deletion
If your account has active, pending, or in-process orders, deletion may not be completed immediately. In such cases, your request will remain open until required order handling, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or recordkeeping requirements are completed.
- Your profile details
- Your app account information
- Your support history, where applicable
- Other personal app data associated with your account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, financial, or operational reasons
- Transaction or order records required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or security investigations
- Technical logs required for system integrity and abuse prevention
We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time after submission.
